Nurses of large public hospitals in Singapore

Ⅰ. Job Requirements

1. Male and female, under 40 years old (flexible for excellent candidates), nursing major graduated with certain English level;

2. EN(Enrolled Nurse): Diploma and above, over 1 year’s first registration of Chinese nursing license, employer has more than 100 beds;

3. RN(Registered Nurse): Bachelor’s degree and above, over 3 years’ first registration of Chinese nursing license, employer has more than 200 beds;

4. Good health, no limb impairment, no family history of hereditary diseases, no infectious diseases and other work-affecting diseases;

5. Good moral character, no criminal record, agree to live a collective life, guarantee compliance with Singapore laws and regulations, abide by hospital rules and regulations, accept hospital holistic nursing concept.

Ⅱ. Welfare and Benefits

1. Working hours: 44 hours per week, salary for overtime working calculated at 1.5 times or 2 times(on public holidays and rest days);

2. Food and accommodation: Not provided;

3. Visa type: S Pass;

4. Contract period: 2 years, can be renewed by agreement between the two parties;

5. Insurance: provided by the hospital according to Singapore law;

6. Holidays: EN will be eligible for 15 days of paid annual leave while RN for 21days; both EN and RN will be eligible for 14 days of sick leave and 60 days of hospitalisation leave;

7. Airfare: Hospitals will provide the two-way international air ticketsupon successful completion of two-year’s contract.
